Your piece has a service

Six months after it reaches you, and once a year after that, your piece is due its service. We will write and remind you when the time comes.

Nothing needs to be wrong. A setting that is going to move has usually moved by the sixth month, and a prong caught early is an afternoon's work rather than a lost stone.

It is included, always.

What we do

We check it, we clean it, we polish it, and we lay fresh rhodium where a piece calls for it.

There is nothing to pay, for any of it, for as long as you own the piece. Gold wearing is not a fault and we do not treat it as one.

While it is with us

We ask that you bring the piece rather than send it. The service happens at the same bench it was made on, and you are welcome to sit with it.

If you are not in Riyadh

Then of course you send it, and we send it back. Both journeys are ours, insured and paid for, at your yearly service.

From the moment the piece leaves your hands, it is our responsibility.

How long we keep it

Up to seven days, and usually less.

You will know where your piece is and what we are doing to it. Nobody should spend a week wondering.

If we find something

We do the work that is ours to do, and your piece comes home.

If anything is chargeable, we quote it separately and you decide in your own time. We do not hold a piece to wait for an answer.

If we find something that makes a piece unsafe to wear, we will tell you before we return it, and we will not send it back set until you have decided. We will never keep a piece longer than you want us to.

Pieces from elsewhere

Bring them. We will clean a piece from any house and it costs nothing.

We look at it first. If we find anything loose or fragile we will tell you and hand it back as it is, rather than take a risk with something we did not make.

A clean will lift away everything that has settled on a piece. It will not lift away years, and we would rather say so than have you hope otherwise.
