When your piece is sent

It depends on what you have chosen.

A piece that is ready is dispatched within one or two working days. Order before three in the afternoon and it goes to the courier that same day. After three, it goes the next working day.

A piece made to your specifications takes four to six weeks from the day you approve the design. If it is finished sooner, we send it sooner.

A bespoke piece is its own thing. Stones have to be found, a design has to settle, and neither is hurried well. Your date is agreed with you and written into your quotation before any work begins.

Whatever you order, you will have a date. Not an estimate, a date.

While it is being made

You can see where your piece is at any point.

Design approved, in production, setting, finishing, final check, dispatched. Six stages, and they are the actual stages of the bench rather than a version made for the website.

If a date is going to move

You will hear it from us before it passes, not after.

Sometimes a stone arrives and is not what its papers said. Sometimes a casting fails a check it should have passed, and we start again rather than send it on. When that happens we tell you, and you are free to walk away with everything you have paid.

Before it leaves

Every piece is photographed in the workshop before the parcel is closed. The whole piece, and the detail. Those photographs come to you with the dispatch note and stay with your order.

You will have seen your piece properly before it is ever in your hands.

How it travels

Within the Kingdom, by DHL. Everywhere else, by DHL.

Every piece is insured for its full value and tracked from door to door. Nothing we send is a parcel.

Outside the Kingdom

We ship worldwide.

Because the piece is leaving the Kingdom, no Saudi tax is charged on it. Your own country may charge duty or import tax on arrival, set by them and collected by the courier rather than by us. Tell us where you are and we will give you an estimate before you order, so that nothing arrives as a surprise.

There are a small number of places we cannot reach, and if yours is one of them we will tell you before you pay, not after.

If it does not arrive

Tell us and we will find it. If it cannot be found, we replace the piece or return your money, whichever you prefer.

A parcel in transit is our responsibility, not yours. That does not change because it is far away.
