What you pay

The price you see is the price you pay. Tax is already in it, and nothing is added at the last step.

Shipping is shown to you before you reach the payment page.

A piece that is ready

Paid in full when you order.

A piece made to your specifications

Paid in full when you order. The piece begins that day.

A bespoke piece

Half to begin, half when it is finished.

If you are in Riyadh, the second half is settled when you come and see it. We would rather you saw the piece before you paid for it.

If it is travelling to you, the balance is settled before it leaves us.

Before a bespoke piece is designed

Design is where a bespoke piece is decided.

Before we begin, your brief will name a design fee of 1,500 riyals. You are not asked for it then, and if the piece goes ahead you never pay it at all.

It is due only if you decide not to continue after the design is approved. In that case the design stays with us, and we do not use it for anyone else.

If you change your mind about a bespoke piece

Before your stones are chosen and the metal committed, you owe only the design fee, and the rest comes back to you.

Once your piece has been given its stones and its gold, the deposit stays with us. From that point it is no longer material. It is your piece.

Your quotation says which of the two you are in, at every point.

How you can pay

Mada, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay. Tabby and Tamara if you would rather spread it. Bank transfer if you prefer.

We never see your card. Payment is handled by our provider, and nothing of it reaches us.

Paying from outside the Kingdom

You are charged in your own currency where we are able to, and the amount you see at checkout is the amount that leaves your account.

Because the piece is leaving the Kingdom, no Saudi tax is charged on it.

Your invoice

Every piece comes with a proper tax invoice, in Arabic, carrying our registration.

Keep it. It is part of the piece.

When the sale is made

An order becomes ours to fulfil when we accept it, and we will write to you to say so. That note carries your piece, your price, and your date.

Very occasionally we cannot accept an order. A price shown in error, a piece already promised to someone else, an address we are not able to reach. If that happens, your money is returned in full the same day, and we will tell you why.
