What these terms cover
Everything you buy from us, and everything we do afterwards.
Our policies on returns and exchange, warranty, resizing, maintenance, shipping, payment and privacy are part of these terms. They are not separate documents that sit beside them. Where one of those pages says something, that is the term.
When an order becomes an order
You place an order and pay. We then accept it, and write to you to say so. That note carries your piece, your price, and your date, and it is the point at which we are bound.
Until we accept, your payment is money held rather than a sale. If we cannot accept, it comes back to you in full.
We can decline an order where a price or a description was shown in error, where a piece has already been promised, where we are not able to ship to you, or where we cannot verify the order. It happens rarely, and we always tell you why.
What is on our pages
We take care that a piece is described exactly as it is. Metal, weight, stones, dimensions, all of it comes from the piece itself.
What we say about a piece is part of what you are buying. If a piece is not as we described it, that is ours to put right, and the returns policy says how.
What belongs to us
The photographs, the words and the pages are ours.
So are the designs. When you commission a bespoke piece you own the piece, and we own the drawing behind it. We do not make it again for anyone else, and it does not leave us.
Age
You should be eighteen or over to buy from us.
If something goes wrong between us
Speak to us. There is very little that a conversation does not settle, and we would rather have it than not.
If we cannot agree, clients in the Kingdom may raise the matter with the Ministry of Commerce on 1900 or through the Balagh application.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute belongs to the courts of Riyadh.
Changes
We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one that was in place on the day we accepted it, and we keep it.
