Privacy
English approved 3 August 2026
This policy is approved but is not yet cleared for publication. Two things must exist first: an assessment of the transfer of personal data to the companies whose systems we use outside the Kingdom, and confirmation of our registration as a controller. Until both are done, one sentence in this document cannot honestly be published, so it is shown here for review only.
What we hold
We ask for very little, and only when there is a reason.
To open an account, your name, your email and a telephone number. To send you something, an address. To make you a ring, a size.
Anything else is yours to offer or not. Some clients tell us the dates that matter to them so that we can remind them in good time. Nobody has to, and nothing depends on it.
What we never hold
Your card. Payment is handled by our provider and no part of it reaches us or is kept by us.
Why we hold it
To make your piece, to send it to you, to look after it for as long as it exists, and to answer you when you write to us.
That is the whole of it. We do not sell what we hold, we do not trade it, and we do not pass it to anyone who is not helping us do one of those four things.
Who else sees it
Our payment provider, so that you can pay us. Our couriers, so that a piece can reach you. The companies whose systems we use to run the business.
Some of them are outside the Kingdom, and we take care over that.
Hearing from us
You will hear from us about your own order and your own pieces because you have bought from us and we owe you that.
Anything else is a separate choice and you make it yourself. If you tell us your anniversary, that is not permission to send you anything. If you change your mind about hearing from us, one word is enough and it stops.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies, and some of them tell other companies something about your visit.
Nothing of that kind runs until you have said yes. Saying no is exactly as easy as saying yes, it takes nothing away from the site, and you can change your answer at any time from any page.
What is yours
You can ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
You can correct it, take a copy of it, or ask us to delete it.
On deleting
When you ask us to delete your account, we do.
Two things stay. Records the tax authority requires us to keep, and the history of your piece, which is written against the piece and no longer against you. That history is what allows a piece to come home to us in fifty years, in someone else's hands. It carries no name.
How long we keep things
Invoices and tax records for as long as the law requires.
The history of a piece for as long as the piece exists.
Everything else only while it is doing something useful. When it stops, we ask you, and then we let it go.
Writing to us
Someone reads it. If you would rather speak, our number is on every page.
